Surgical tool bag and Startool droid should be buffed

Surgical tool bag and Star tool droid take too long to produce the tools. I know the tools they produce are more expensive than baits or chemicals for instance but the surgery tool bag and Star tool droid are also way more expensive than the other providers. You get the droid from beating growlactus, it's also harder to find.

Buy a star tool droid for 20wls to get a star tool (average value ~ 9 per wl) in 5 days. That takes literally 900 days to get your 20wls back.

They should be buffed to like 1 or 2 days in my opinion.
