Well this is obviously a good idea..
But what if they typed wrong name? (capitalized "i" is similar to l) They might be reporting the wrong person.

Chances are low but I think they should also replace how letter I looks like into this

Yes please , this happens a lot with transactions involving buying gems/quests. Many people can’t report after being banned which is so annoying.

I think this would cause people to just report random people they hate. With the current reporting system people can report the people they see doing what so ever illegal activity. I think it is fine as it is.

What's the differenxe with report system now? If u hate and wanna report ur friend just go to his world when he asleep and report. This system just make reporting easier but false reports will still be detected...

I don't think that "hire" is the right term for that 'cause most of the moderators are just volunteers

How about just hire more moderators that are monitored by a team member in growtopia. OR just improve their banning system. For example, a manager monitoring employees in a store.

I support this idea. World reporting from a distance especially. It lessens the risk of support BSing you and keeping you banned just because you happened to enter a CSN and it got nuked 2 seconds into you typing a report.

I do agree with this idea tho.
I don't see this to be anywhere less or more abuseable than current system.
