The mentor level should be atleast level 30.
The main goal of mentorships program is to help new players understand by being directed by their mentors. But the actual goal is to level up the apprentices. The mentors should have achieved it first.

Alright hear me out IDK if you do the Mentorship thing but we need to buff or at least change some stuff about here are my suggestions:

1. Mentors have levels like:
Mentor lvl 1: 0/10 apprentice
Mentor lvl 2: 10/30 apprentice
Mentor lvl 3: 30/60 apprentice
*ect you get the idea*

2. Add perks for the mentor like:
Mentor lvl 1: gives apprentice a 0.05% more xp to anything that gives xp
Mentor Lvl 2: mentor can now invite 2 players to the Mentorship Program
Mentor Lvl 3: gives apprentice a 0.10% more xp per block/harvest and anything that gives xp
*you get the idea*

3. Buff the rewards for both Mentor and Apprentice:

Currently for Mentor:
level 1 ticket: 1 ssp pack
level 5 ticket: 5 ssp pack
level 10 ticket: 1wl
level 20 ticket: 1 growtoken
level 30 ticket: (IDK can't find info)

Currently for Apprentice:
level 1 ticket: 1 ssp pack
level 5 ticket: telephone
level 10 ticket: (random clothes)
level 20 ticket: 1wl
level 30 ticket: 1 growtoken

Reward adjustments for mentor:
level 1 ticket: 5 ssp packs
level 5 ticket: 10/20 ssp packs
level 10 ticket: 5wls
level 20 ticket: 1 growtoken
level 30 ticket: 3/4 growtoken

Reward adjustments for apprentice:
level 1 ticket: 5 ssp packs
level 5 ticket: (random clothes)
level 10 ticket: 5wls
level 20 ticket: 1 growtoken
level 30 ticket: (IDK maybe some like random item or another growtoken like 2)

4. Just to avoid the xp buff from being used when the apprentice is about Lvl 30, the apprentice should be automatically archieved. And it also sends a message to the Mentorship saying *Apprentice (name) was achieved and now going to continue his journey*

5. Maybe add some fun rewards for the mentor IDK like:
(different from the perks/passive)
Note: All apprentice must be level 30 before being recognized as a apprentice (you know to avoid stuff from happening)

Mentor Lvl 1: 10k gems - 10 apprentice needed

Mentor lvl 2: 50k gems - 20 apprentice needed

Mentor lvl 3: 30day subcription - 30 apprentice neexed

Mentor lvl 4: A special item only from this reward system (my recommendation a hand item like staff of guidance) - 40 apprentice needed

Mentor lvl 5: 1 year subcription - 50 apprentice needed

Mentor lvl 6: the Mentorship title (glowing rainbow name) - 100 apprentice needed

Mentor lvl 7: A special item (head item *maybe a rainbow halo*) - 125 apprentice needed

Mentor lvl 8: A flag thing like the ones from the roles - 150 apprentice needed

Mentor lvl 9: A special item (back item wing or cape or even a spirit thing like the Anubis but an owl *also untradeable*) - 175 apprentice needed

Mentor lvl 10 (max level): player ricognition in the player tribute and the a special item(untradeable/eye item golden focus eyes /troll) - 200 appreciate needed

6. IDK make it more known or something to force pro players to help new players

1. Mentors should be lvl 25 min.

2. Mentors have a Max of 20 apprentice being active. (like once the apprentice is lvl 30 he/she will moved to the ascended appreciate list making it so that more apprentice can be invited by the mentor)

3. Mentorship is different from Invitation Links or the Invite thing so separate like in the player tribute box you have the player with the most invites and the player with the most/max apprentice.

for mentor lvl 30 you get another token
I got it cuz I'm a mentor for my main account, so the alt account get 2 tokens total

there is, the mentorship title, displayed on the tributes, you will get fame, idk the prize tho, but IDK if it's worth it, you just gonna mentorship a bunch thousands of noobs

I know right I just checked you need like 2k apprentice and you can only invite 1 apprentice per day so it will take you like 2k days or 5.4 years to get the title like bruh at least make it only 200 its already hard to find one apprentice that levels up to level 30 most of them quit at lvl 23 or something
