sb /go delay for annoying sb blocks

can we have a /go delay for sbs for like atleast 1 or 0.5 secs to avoid being blocked by sbs that just comes out suddenly within a milliseconds like for example:

[7:00:00]SB from a <-- you're supposed to go here
[7:00:01]SB from b <-- but you suddenly just ended up landing on this world
[7:00:01] /go

In theory this looks like it would work but then it would create a 0.5-1 second queue for each world, and if there are more sbs per second than the delay, then there would be a backed up queue (if that makes any sense at all).

ye but having like 3+ sbs in a second or half a second is just sometimes rarely happens and most of them are probably sb chains
