So I did a few tests. Here are the results:

Moving afk in a 3 block width slime for 30 seconds-charged 2%

Moving afk in a 8 block width slime for 30 seconds-charged 2%

Walking around for 30 seconds-charged 2%

Standing still for 30 seconds-charged 2%

Conclusion: It doesn't matter where you walk. Actually, you don't even need to walk! Just stand still and it will charge!!

Takes 30 minutes to charge. Can't use a second while "irritated" mod is on.
