    100 x 50.

    100 horizontally, 50 vertically.

So the room size holds 10,000 blocks? 100x100 in a grid is 10,000 blocks

This dosnt sound right because when I put 100x54 it didn't give me a big grid.

It's actually 100x60, but you can't use the 6 layers of bedrock to build anything, so it is 100x54. (Some worlds, such as tiny, are larger/smaller than the average world).

    50 Vertically ^ v

A world has 4998 usable spaces. (Remove Main Door and Bedrock underneath it)

Enter to your world. Go to its right side, at the bottom. Use wrench on yourself.
    Try to find that line:

    Code:
    Current world: _________ (100,54) (x people)
As you can see an average world is 100 blocks in width and 54 blocks in height.
If you want to fill your world with dirt for example, you need 5400-2 (entrance door, bedrock under it) so 5398 dirts.

Excluding the bottom bedrock, I found that it was 100 x 54

Therefore, there are 5398 usuable blocks in a world (because of the white door and the bedrock beneath it)

Some worlds have 5399 and 5400 due to their creation early on in the game
