Why is Growtopia Beta Servers only for computer users?

Well, when you download it at the computer, you download Growtopia with the Beta Server. There's no Beta server with the Growtopia app when you download it so you don't have access to /beta. I think this is only limited to computer users because they do not want too many people accessing it. So, it is also the reason why there's requirements for entering beta server.
