    Dont forget to keep your passwords safe guys. One way would be by making complex password to really get the hackers scratching their heads !.

    Just include the symbol @ and numbers in your passwords next time to make them harder to guess.

    Now go forth, and create the most complex password ever!.

    Are you sure? I use gmail and it works just fine for me. Try checking your network connection or gmail settings. Either that, or you can contact support.

    Exclamation Locked out of GT for 6 months.

    Hello, so basically I got a new iPad and internet connection 6 months ago, and ever since I have not been able to get a whitelist from the 2AP. I am dying to get in this game, I have dreams to do things in here. My ign is AquaPhynn btw, but the main problem is support hasn’t sent a email back the whole time, I almost feel they don’t message @icloud? I’m very confused please someone help.

    Default I don't receive any mail from Growtopia Support for Verification


    Last night (February 3,2020), I open my account after I cleared the data of the app. It needed verification from my Email for me to log on because of this AAP. It supposed to be sent after I logged on but I didn't receive any mail from support for the verification of my account. Until now, No email was sent to me for the verification of my account. How to fix this problem?

    I have the same problem. Theres no way to get e-mails to verify until they fix the AAP.

    I already sent an email to report this issue in support@growtopiagame.com but I don't know if that is still active because there is still no reply.
