    Default Where is the mods?

I just saw an sb that came from a casino world that was active last week too. Nerf the /report system and add Ubi-Mods that are active all the time. Demote these other helpers that are on once a week. Or find people like Av8r that actually helped the game.

i definitely agree with this, We need more active moderators. Older Moderators are not active anymore.
    Hire more mods.

Yeah. they should also stalk the players more to see what they’re really up to

To be honest this is impossible since dealing with one report can take multiple minutes, there are like 10+ reports per minute and you also want some time to do something else than moderating.
(Of course I don't have any experience with any new reporting systems so this might have gotten better)

Especially for moderators that aren't from Ubisoft and have work during the day so they mostly have evening for actually moderating, but they have to use that time to cook food for potential family, possibly do some more work, have some fun and relax as well.

As for the whole idea of hiring mods, hiring mods directly from community is a long and arduous process, and while actually hiring people from Ubisoft would work it would also cost quite a lot, since you have to factor in wages and extra expenses.

I strongly believe that recruiting mods takes a really long process of verifying everything they need such as logs before even proceeding to offer them the job. That is not to factor if the applicant rejected the offer. While in the other hand, hiring dedicated payed mods might be an alternative as it is their job and not voluntary work. Although this may sound easy, hiring mods do also take a significant amount of time as they have to determine whether the applicant is worth for the position or not. Hiring a mod could also be costly as just like what Greenswe stated. Ubisoft are starting to recruit more mods but so far, only Melomane has made through the internship process and we are waiting for Muninn to catch up. Once both of em are ready to go we should see a change in the overall cleanliness of the game.

What i meant with stalking players a bit more is when they are hiring mods (and not just hire them by looking through logs and stuff)

Well, maybe a bot that detects certain words like "gass" "min 19 wls" etc and ban the world or something until a mod can check.

And about the new mods part, to be honest I haven't seen any changes in casinos/dropgames. Mods should definitely take more time to moderate. you pretty much give up your whole GT-farming,playing life when accepting the job... All mods should ONLY moderate and not show up to "give away fire wands". Some mods even started youtube channels to earn extra money. Likke wattt

They should improve the detect text in the chat box or broadcast, cuz we're really hate the spammers. Also if they passed 20+ message in same text and same situation/time after do that or just changing the color should be detected in the game and should be punished.

The logic here is "everything if you do it with same ways are not good at all, don't waste your time to spent it on the spam chatbox"

Also, it just my opinion tho.

First of all, When you become a Moderator, You have to work full time on that. No, I don't mean Spending all day on Moderating. but at least 5-6 hours of moderating.
If you are tired of Moderating, then step down as a moderator. You don't have to proof that you can Moderate. We can clearly see that you are not Moderating too much anymore. Moderators are supposed to be Activity and spend their time on Moderating. By the way, there are more people playing casino and stuff than before and i don't see a moderator doing something about that most of the time. And there are people who need help in the game and I don't see them get the help what they need because moderators are busy.

Second of all, Hiring more moderators Is good because We will get more active moderators and Everyone will get the help what they need. even you Greenswe Understand this. They should start hiring, the more mods the better. I know hiring a mod is low Process, but they should hire someone Who has Helped the Community on the forum.
