Flicking is a mix of skill, really fast reflexes, memorization of your sensitivity and dpi, luck. I've only pulled off one insane flick headshot. It was fast enough I didn't even see what happened.

Not trying to belittle you or anything, but getting 1st to 3rd place in your first match is something EVERYBODY should be able to do, or there is really something wrong with you. Because there are literally over 75 bots and very few real players, and even those real players are pretty trash. Try climbing the ranks and you’ll see why its not that easy after all. That being said I also know that there are wayyy more experienced players in other games like CSGO.
