My idea on encouraging the moderators to ban more players who broke the rules.
I was thinking about it for a long time already and I think it is finally time to say it.

LET'S MAKE REPORTS AS FUNNY AS POSSIBLE!
Firstly, I know it is ridiculous to do it but in fact it does helps.
As you can see in the game, players tend to report the players without thinking about that did it actually broke the rules. Making the moderators tired when they look at those nonsense. Slowly, they will get tired of it and eventually they will be lazy to check the reports made by the players. Thus, players who are reported for breaking the rules will not be punished that fast and bots will also stay longer than usually, manipulating the price of items, breaking the economy, spamming and causing annoyance to other players, moreover, the player's experience when playing the game will rot slowly and slowly. Leaving bad images to the players, this is quite serious since Growtopia does not do any advertisement to play the game, the only way of advertising is through talking with friends, persuading them to play the game and have fun, then the other friend will also ask his/her to play the game and the cycle continue.
This is what made Growtopia lasted for 6 years with the least advertisement. If the image left by the players are bad, people will think that this a very bad game with bad control system, toxic community and hackers who are making the game unfair.
Therefore, players who broke the rules should be punished as soon as possible.
Back to the point, how does funny reports increases the rate of bans?
You see, moderators are tired by those useless reports and lame reports. Checking the players one by one is a very tiring job to do as there are ten thousands of players around the world playing the game. I've seen inconsiderate players take reports as a joke and do reports like "He scam my dirt!", "He say bad words!", "He said the "F" word" .etc types of reports. There are also people who make undetailed reports like, "Hacker","Scammer","Casino","Toxic" .etc . Giving the moderators more jobs to do like checking what actually happen, checking the logs, finding sufficient evidence and finally punish the players. That takes a very long time!
So, by making the reports funny, they will have pleasures and become excited to find another funny report. By funny I do not meant jokes irrelevant to the issue, I mean something related to the issue. For an instance, someone used a flying hack(no collision), you can report something like "OMG! A bird! He flies everywhere!"(I am not good at making jokes to be honest) or maybe there are a lot of spam bots, you can report something like "Wow! Shadow Clone Jutsu! They even talk the same thing!"(I don't know that will moderators understand it or not but at least I tried). As the saying goes "Unity is Strength", if we all do the same thing together, we can face this issue and make Growtopia a better place!
But, there's only one problem, there are character limits when you are reporting to try to make it as short and funny as possible.
Maybe the devs can increase the limit.
Although this sounds really unrealistic and lame, this may be a solution and it benefits the moderators and players at the same time, it is killing two bird with one stone!
