    Default How long does it take for gems

    I'm impatient but still, How long does it take for gems to process, I have no recipt but it does say Pending in the app store recent purchases and it's taken money from my account as well :/

    Wait for a hour or so, if you don't receive your gems mail to support desk, include your GrowID and a copy of your receipts.

    But yep, please wait 'til the store gives you an official receipt. It shouldn't be PENDING in status and the Order ID must be visible for the purchase to be considered as successfully charged.

    Yeah, usually for Apple, PENDING purchases takes at least 12-24 hours maximum. If it will still be pending after that, try contacting their Support and ask for an update.

    I now have a receipt and it’s no longer pending, I went in game to check and I have nothing. Do I email support now? If so do I take a screenshot of the receipt or forward it to support?

    You can do any or both. But I would recommend you to send a screenshot. It's easier to write stuff.

    That could be a issue with your mum's card processing and if your country celebrates Easter yesterday was a bank holiday and so is today so things can take longer to process.
    I had a issue with my credit card and Google play it took ages to clarify that it was a legitimately bought by me turns out it was a fraud protection thing.

    I said that it has processed and it is no longer pending. I now have a receipt as well from apple and no gems, growtokens or megaphone(as I purchased the 140k gems)

    Nothing yet.. I’m also worried because I’ve had bad experience shopping online and then there is that egg thing happening atm and support emails would be through the roof :/

    Try contacting Apple or your credit card provider to tell you what was wrong.

    It’s nothing with payment, the payment went through and I got a receipt but my mother didn’t since she is family organiser(apple has a system called Family where the parents sign their kids up and the parents accept apps/purchases) but it went through and $15AUD was removed from my iTunes balance(since I redeemed gift card)
