I'm finally done, after two and a half hours of trying to mix Airbrush Shading and Solid Shading.
I think I accidentally made it creepy, instead of intimidating lol.

For some reason I can't upload it to the Forums. Had to improvise and post it to Discord before using the attachment link.
Time taken: 2 hours 30 minutes
Program Used: MediBang Paint Pro (PC version)

I took some creative liberty for the background. It probably doesn't fit what you have in mind since a logo's background is mainly white. But you can always disregard my submission.
Plus I kinda like the background
