    I've been waiting for a response for over a month.
    I'm getting pretty tired of waiting..
    Im Lazy and dun like to Farm.

    Unless they are really overworked it shouldn't take that long, maybe double check if your mail was sent correctly

    has anyone mailed support in the past month? if so, how long does it take for them to reply?

    i'm wondering if 3 weeks and counting is normal...

    Really depends on the surge of tickets they're getting. Since they're receiving tons, you'll just have to wait.

    yet they replied to my friend yesterday, 1 day, 16 hours after he sent his email.
    i don't think they're being overwhelmed but they're choosing to ignore instead

    You can re-send the email if Support doesn't reply you for a long time. This is a bit spammy but better than being ignored.

    Hello guys,

    We don't have any ticket un-replied one month old.

    This means your query was probably already given as solved and you kept insisting on it and for that reason we ended up closing your ticket instead of repeating ourselves over.

    If it is regarding a Carnival ban, I suggest you send a new ticket since the support is taking into consideration extra-factors for Carnival Bans.

    Otherwise, read our last message (sharing the ticket content with others isn't allowed, check "The Growtopian Code" for more information) and your answer should be there.
