    Default I like Ubisofts work

    Recently I have encountered less spammers & scammers.
    I got a reply from the support in 1-2 hours.
    It's nice to see that they recruited more moderators.

    I can tell that they are working hard on the game and I just wanna say that it's noticed and I appreciate it.

    (well the servers are still an issue but this is great progress)


    Last time I checked I had: 1,827 subscribers!

    You're lucky they replied in 1-2 hours, it's been almost a week here

    Hello everyone,

    Ezzerio actually has been doing great changes to make the in-game and out-game Support better and more efficient.

    We will have lots of exciting news soon enough.

    Personally, I believe these changes will be more than welcome by the community

    For now, I can't disclose anything, so... Stay tuned to our forums as usual! Announcements will be the place

    All I can say is... Your opinions weren't left unheard!

    P.S.: Those that have tickets still waiting for an answer, probably they were internally escalated for investigation OR the reply was already given and the decision is final. If we already said the decision is final, replying back and sending more tickets won't change anything.

    I think they are trying but as anything in life takes time and consideration to get the best solutions.

    internally escalated = lazy copy pasted replies of reassurance, in other words, they can't cope with ticket rate and need more time to respond correctly though some tickets age 3 weeks already.
