Default Reduce Recovery to 1 Hour

Simple change to make surgery easier for everyone. Escpecially since the new maladies update, no one wants to wait 4 hours each time they fail or whatnot.
Cons? There are none. It’s not like it’s exploitable, it’s only 100 gems every hour. There is no reason for it to be at 4 hours.

The poll will hopefully show devs the community is in favour and get them to change it.

Update: Has been reduced to 2 hours for malady specific patients.

This is fair. We wanted maladies to be rare and tough to treat, but to give you a good shot at completing them once you actually had one on-hand, and the current recovery timer doesn't help with that. As such, after a bit of discussion, we'll be reducing recovery from a failed surgery to 2 hours specifically for patients that have maladies.

We're aiming for today - though no promises, as always - the team is working on their weekend to try to get tweaks and fixes in ASAP!

It seems that a lot of people voted for first option. Well at least it will be reduced so players wouldn't have to wait that long.

I see it has just been fixed, thanks a lot for the quick tweaks.
Have the vial drops been buffed from the last server restart? I would rather confirmation than test myself.
