Do you want to know everything about how to make music or just a specific piece of information?

I wish I could throw off the thoughts which poison my happiness, but I take a kind of pleasure in indulging them.

Well, I don't do music myself even if I play the piano. You could search for a piano simulator instant of wasting piano blocks but each position holds a piano key example.
    Piano C
    Piano B
    Piano A
    Your here
    Piano E
    Piano C

If you jump up to a certain platform and wrench yourself, you'll see a Piano key there. I don't think this was helpful enough because I myself can't understand it but hey i tried my best

    Each world has six octaves:

    B
    A
    G
    F
    E
    D
    C
    B
    A
    G
    F
    E
    D
    C
    Etc.

Count 14 blocks from the top of the world and place a dirt block on the 14th block as a marker.

Then depending on what you want to write/transcribe use the sequence above to place your notes.

Keep in mind that normal piano notes are Natural
Sharps and flats are represented using # and b respectively. ( It's in the name of the note and engraved on the block itself. )

I was using piano notes as a reference but it's the same for all the other notes.

You can also change BPM ( Beats per minute ) by wrenching the World lock and typing in a new BPM.

Audioracks/gear can be used to play chords using only one block, therefore saving space.

P represents Piano. ( The first letter of the note you want to use will represent that note )

Then you will type the key you want it to be played in for this example I will use C#

So you type in P(Piano)C# (Small c for lower octave)
So that will result in : PC#

Or you can always hire me to write it for you (It's free)

Using Do Re Mi is fine but it won't help at all with the Audio Gear.

There is a total of 6 octaves + a few extra notes in a world. [ They're actually just 3 sets of 2 repeating octaves )

Each "bar" has a height of 14 blocks and goes from left to right ( the end of the world )

Each bar has 2 octaves ranging from C4 to B5 ( These are scientific pitch notations )

    The lowest note is C4 not C3. Middle C = C4

There are TWO octaves per every 14 blocks.

In total there are SIX octaves. Keyword TOTAL.
