    Exclamation Support page issue

    Hey there my nickname is Rafail1911,

    I recently got banned and I don't know the reason so I tried to apply but when I tried to it send me an email:Name:  email.png

Size:  20.2 KB

    after that I clicked the link: https://support.ubi.com/en-GB/games/5847 but i went again to make a ban appeal and i got into this page https://support.ubi.com/en-GB/Faqs/0...count-sanction after that i clicked the "LET US KNOW" that put me into this page https://growtopiagame.com/contact-us and it was the same page that i was before so i decided to do the appeal again but i got the same email again... So now how am I going to get unbanned (if i have a chance) or how am i going to know what did i do to wrong to fix it in the future??? They are saying to press the support thingies in game but i can't get in game i am BANNED... Please help and fix that issue and i want a staff member/moderator to talk with me.

    Maybe reach out using a mobile phone? ( I assume you are using a pc since you followed ption 2)

    I am banned i have to wait some hours until my location is unbanned and to join again on my account i have to wait 60 days...

    I already did. Logged into my Ubisoft account and I can submit ticket, you should login to your Ubisoft to submit ticket. Go to the page then at bottom you'll see "Contact Customer Support" after logging into your account.

    ok thx i used this https://support.ubi.com/en-GB/Cases/New and it posted it but i think you should fix this https://support.ubi.com/en-GB/Faqs/0...count-sanction since the link on "LET US KNOW" is bringing you to the old support page https://growtopiagame.com/contact-us and it is useless for us.

    Regarding the "Let us know" link that's redirecting you to an already closed Support URL, we already escalated this and should be checked soon. Thanks!
