    Default Query about the Support Button (mobile)

    Since they will be removing support@growtopiagame.com and adding a support button for mobile devices - how exactly can banned people contact support? Or will growtopiagame.com/contact-us will still be available?

    Someone asked me earlier and I wondered as well. Looking forward to an answer!

    Yes, contact-us page will shutdown as well. In order to contact support desk you're required to create Ubisoft account. This page can be used to send ticket: https://support.ubi.com/en-GB/games/5847?platform=9

    Alright, I thought that link was for PC users only - as said in https://www.growtopiagame.com/forums...-Announcements. Glad that's clarified.

    I can't see a new button in-game but If needed I'll use the new website. Also, do we have to make a Ubisoft account?
