Thread: Player got banned in carni, can't contact support

    Default Player got banned in carni, can't contact support

    So, now when you get tickets only inside the game, how people who get ban cause of glitch, can contact support? All doesn't have pc so what can they do? I got dm in insta, where some player has this problem and idk what to tell him. I said, contact support, but he can't, because he can't go inside of the game. So what can he do? Contact in here? or what? Can someone else tell his id and you check his case?

    He tried in website and couldn't, don't know more about this issue. So is it like phone users can't report issues in website or what. Or maybe he just didn't know how to use that site, who knows...

    Yes, Ubistaff/moderators have confirmed to use that link to contact support.

    That’s outrageous. Shouldn’t there be any other way without even registering? Most players don’t even know how to email and now they’re required to register an account out of game...

    If your account is banned and you want to report for dispute or further investigation, fear not, you can access the support without being connected to your account, just follow these simple steps:
    1. Launch the game
    2. Tap options (the support button is there, just scroll down a bit)

    I believe a button below Settings on the Main Menu would be beneficial to this matter as it can be easily found and is convenient.

    When we are banned, our cry systhem is on and thinking bout doing this is off. Do like the button on the you are banned after logging in. Contact gt support and you clock on it that would be way better but ofc ubisoft team ALLWAYS forget the things like the first guild event first comunity hub and all good things that lived in this game.

    Unfortunately, support@growtopiagame.com is no longer active and there's another option to contact Growtopia Support.

    • Mobile users can contact Growtopia Support in-game, click on options button (It's on top right corner) when you're in a world and then click on "Support".

    you're asking them to try and contact support in game through the main menu once they get in a world on a thread stating that the player was banned and cannot log in?

    Carnival ban glitch is still not fixed?! Tell your friend to double check if he have successfully logged in/register before accessing support.

    When you create a GrowID, you should link an email to it... Most players who are underage should have a parent's email.

    But yea, support should just be a ticket.
