    Default 2fa email dosen't send

    I don't know if is the correct sub forum but Growtopia support website is not working, I can't change email/pass and also I can't accept my email security becuse I don't recive. So, I can't log into my account. And here are mamy with this problem.

    This is really annoying. I have same issues like you. I want to change my password because of my weekly routine, but i can't

    Hey,

    There may be an issue on the password change website, maybe you could try to change once in awhile but don’t spam the support with issue tickets. Hopefully this issue will be resolved soon.

    I don't even send just one ticket. This will solve nothing.
    And my problem isn't website as I said, is email with verification which don't send.

    its not been working since this morning (for the last 6 hours). yesterday was fine for me. I was still receiving the 2FA email verification. is there a difference putting in a ticket vs posting here? I think posting here would get the issue resolved faster?

    well, hope @neko or someone will see this and escalate..

    Yes, are few differnces in sending a ticket and posting here. This is not a problem only for me, is for all users, to send a ticket is like I'm going to supermarket and I tell a
    Cleaning lady that the door is stucked. So, I post here in irder to inform other players and I hope that a mod will read this. Try to send a ticket yourself about this and in 2 days you'll get a useless answer. And why they made this sub forum? For things like this "Bugs and Glitches".

    Their email queue was probably big, or they had some huge lag.

    Same for me, tried it a lot but doesn't work. I literally can't play from my phone just cause of this. Its possible reason is that they are switching systems.

    the 2FA mail is still not coming in today. There was a random 2FA mail sent to my inbox yesterday, eventhough I tried to log in numerous times.

    Is anyone looking into this?

    I had this same issue a while back but after a few days i retried and got the email. Like what others said, it could be because of a huge queue. Try again some other day, hope ya the best.
