    When i send in a email change i wouldnt get a reply for 30 minutes?

    System isn't currently sending any email. AAP, password change, GrowID information, none of them.

    One of the forumers said that they receive an AAP email after 3 hours. I have been waiting for 6 hours and still no email is received. Another one had waited for a whole day and there was no response, still. And a lot of other players have been confirming this and my conclusion is, with the system currently being spammed with tons of requests (causing lag to new senders), it is probably being switched off. Just wait.

    I've mailed support and got a response quite quickly but tbh it's a bit meh.
    The mail server is experiencing some difficulty after the new system has been in plac3 but they don't know when it will be fixed.
    My aap isn't working so I can't get online without my laptop.
    My phone it won't let because of aap LOL.

    I will however take back my complaints about the new system it was very streamlined and the response was very quick.
    However they directed me to the forums with no direct link to a thread and I can't see one about the issue.
