Thread: Advance Account Protection NOT SENDING

    Exclamation Advance Account Protection NOT SENDING

    As I just got a new phone and going onto Growtopia It says Advance Account Protection - Check Email etc. I check theres nothing, I then went on my iPad because I haven't downloaded Growtopia there so Advance account protection says - check email again and I see nothing in my email.

    Is there something wrong with Advance Account Protection?

    P.S - Last logged in GT 1 week ago and have email support but no reply at the moment

    I heard that they currently have problem in 2FA (Two-Authentcator)email. Try refereshing your email app again. If it didn't work, try contacting Ubisoft in their support website : https://support.ubi.com/en-US

    Yes there is I'm currently having issues with my iPhone.
    They are on the case, hopefully we won't have too long to wait.

    Phew I thought some glitch or virus on my phone but you have the problem as well phew I thought I was alone
