    Exclamation Support is too slow

    As some of you might know, many people has been banned 2 years+ for no reason. These includes Zstep and many more famous people. As for me, I got banned too but it took almost 2 days for support to reply my ticket and another 3 days for my update for the previous ticket which asked me to give my IGN (ikr...... It's a must fill when sending the ticket but support just asks again for no reason). Now after that, I updated my ticket again for further information but now it's almost 10 days (from the beginning of the ticket until now) and I haven't received a reply. Speed up support!

    Support have alot of stuff to deal with regardless of how long it takes they get the job done as they did for me just be patient this game isn't everything

    I got a response 6 hours after. I hope they should start responding that fast for everyone.

    Isn’t 3-4 days the average time they take to respond? It’s been like this since forever. If you didn’t get a response after a week then you should send again.

    My brother contacted Growtopia support and they responded in 5 minutes.

    Growtopia Support gets thousands of messages almost everyday, which means it's hard for them to answer all messages, so be patient, please.

    So lots of other people are betting banned for 2 years without reason and NOT getting a response from support? I thought I was the only one.

    I was told that support@growtopiagame.com no longer works. I think you need to open a new ticket on the web portal. Still waiting for response after about 2 weeks.

    I wonder how many are having this same issue with being banned for 2 years without reason...

    My account got banned last week too. They ignored my first ticket and finally i got replied after sending my second ticket
    Now im unbanned
    I guess support team will ignore those ban appeal tickets most of the time.

    **I've missed summer guild event for last week and I got demoted

    They are flooded with hundreds of emails including iAPs, ban appeals and other stuff. It’s best to be patient and wait it out.

    Ubisoft want to make this game bigger, they release it on consoles, and probably have much bigger plans for the future, they need to improve their support, If they get hundreds of e-mails, it means they need better support, Sure, we'll be patient, but they need to do their part too.

    They should categorize ban appeals, iAPs, Forum problems separately with different emails maybe, to speed up the process tbh, since they can try to prioritize which is more important and needs urgent attention.

    My comments can be harsh, but atleast im not fake with my replies.
