    Default Support ignores my mails

    I've been waiting over a month now for their response. I've sent multiple mails from the support page using 2 different emails. They just don't care anymore.. If someone could just help me i'd be thankful

    Now for the good news: after the changes we applied in May, our average response time for support tickets has been reduced to 19 hours! We’re finally meeting our target of replying to you within a day!

    Support is often really busy and might overlook your emails. But do keep in mind that spamming the support email IS against Ubisoft's ToS and can get you suspended so please refrain from sending too many.

    Support has overlooked ALL of my mails. When creating forum posts about it, forum guardians has themself suggested that i should send them another.

    The support@growtopiagame.com email has been discontinued. Please use in-game support button or the Ubisoft support page found in the link above

    Well, considering you sent them an email from 2 different addresses, they are obviously not going to respond to atleast one of them, since the email address that you send the email from needs to be linked to the Growtopia account.

    If you don't remember what email your account is linked with, you can check with this: https://www.growtopiagame.com/recover

    If the email is linked with your gt account, they should shoot a message back. There's no reason for them to not.

    I know what email is connected to my account, the one they chose to ignore first. That's why i switched to my second email address. I have also been sending my mails from the new supportpage.

    It's hard for Growtopia Support to answer all messages, because they're getting a lot of them everyday, so we all need to be patient and wait for their response.

    If you didn't get an answer in 2 weeks or more, then email them once again and wait for their answer, because they will never ignore you.

    Alright i'm gonna revive this thread since i STILL haven't gotten an answer from support. I don't want to spam their inbox with mails. I know forumers can't do anything, but can i atleast get someone's attention? It's been well over a month.................................

    Well, if it has been a month, you should contact a support specialist within the forum so that they can check out the ticket that you had send them. If it's been a month then its likely that they haven't gotten your ticket. Talk to one of the support specialists within the forum or anyone else that is a higher rank.
