    just pm a mod on the forums, i've gotten 2 mods to respond to me in like less than 12 hours through the forums when i had an actual problem

    I personally handled your case, however for security purposes I'm unable to go into great detail. Purchases can take some time to be processed as we need to verify the funds from the payment processor and accurately conclude that the purchase is indeed missing or unauthorized. In addition, every time you respond to the ticket it updates it which can push it back to the queue. This is something we commonly work around but we do recommend that once the information is provided that you wait for a Support Specialist to be with you. I can confirm that your case has been processed and we'll be with you shortly.
