    Angry 5 days.

    its been 5 days since support last replied to my auto ban carnival spike case, its getting frustrating......... a bit ****ing frustrating.

    Support only replys for a limit of 48 hours , Mabye it got delayed.

    Try checking your spam folder in ya email, nor just wait.

    Just wait, but I think it should be reasonable to open another ticket if it's been more than 7 days.
    NEVER spam them or you'll probably not receive an answer

    Hello! Many people are experiencing the same issue and are sending in reports to the support, it's very difficult for them to reply within a couple hours, although they're trying their best to do so. Please be patient!

    It's hard for them to answer all messages, since they get a lot of them everyday, so we need to be patient and wait for their response.

    If you didn't get an answer in 2 weeks or more, then email them once again and wait for their answer.
