Take a look at the phenomenon of free oscillation experienced by a drop of liquid that was recorded by some astronauts while they were orbiting in gravity free space. This phenomenon was found when they were trying to catch a large drop of water and then record it on video. The astronauts managed to clearly observe that the size / radius of the drop of water really oscillates. This phenomenon is not yet known to many people because they live on the surface of the earth whose gravity results in drops of oscillating fluid. This popular phenomenon was first solved by Lord Rayleigh whose results were published in the magazine Nature volume 95, page 66, in 1915.

a. Regardless of the influence of Earth's gravitational acceleration, determine the oscillation frequency of the drops which are considered to depend on the density of the liquid (ρ), the radius of the liquid drops (r), and the surface tension of the liquid (σ).

b. For the same liquid droplet size, calculate the ratio value (ratio) between the oscillation frequency of liquid drop A and the oscillation frequency of liquid drop B using the result from a.

c. Explain your conclusions about the effect of liquid density on the oscillation frequency.
