    Default Will I get suspended?

    I created my cousins Growtopia account using the same email as my account. I just found out that he fell for an autoban thing and is banned for 60 days. Support won’t unban him (great job there support). The thing I want to know is if I’ll get suspended, because we used the same email.

    Also, please make a ban appeal thing.

    For now, I’m staying offline because I don’t want to risk both of our accounts.

    Well it’s based on your IP not exactly your email. There would be no problem if you just used another account that doesn’t have your cousins email on it.

    Honestly I thought you couldn't have 2 accounts with the same email. The account surely couldn't of been banned in the first place. Band are only meant to be given out if the account holder violates the rules. Both accounts would only be banned if one of you broke the rules as it's an IP ban, so anyone on the same WiFi network as you would be banned from playing Growtopia.

    Best thing to probably do is to email support again with more details of what's happened.

    My friend's account got banned because his little brother ,using an account with the same email as him ,and his little brother's account got banned because playing with a glitch.
    So both account got suspended.

    Anything thesame < like IPs, device etc > will get your account banned, also F for the useless support

    If he he is not using the same device or network don’t worry you won’t be banned unless the staff thinks you are the same person.

    If you are both using the same ip, you will be suspended if you have been ip banned. If it was an account ban, you should be fine. Try logging in on an alt account you no longer use on a device you no longer use. If you log in correctly, I think you should be ok.

    An IP ban means anybody using the same device on whatever accounts will be banned. Why don't you just do an email change for your own account? It's not that complicated. Also, for questions like this, you should forward them to the Ubisoft support for quicker replies.

    Well youre obviously not using the advanced account protection because that would only allow 1 email. You can also use fake emails to make accounts, and the same email (imagine how many people used 123@gmail) etc. Kinda flawed but that's just how it works.

    Nope,you will still be able to play and not get banned,but if its an IP ban then you're screwed...
