    TBH, now that you lay it out like that I think that it's better if you recruit these guardians anonymously? It'd resemble more as a spy. Casino owners or drop game hosts won't be able to tell whether their visitors are Guardians or not, which to me seems more scary to them. Seeing that the news of the creation of the guardians team blew up, they will at least have a decent amount of crowd following them when they're world-hopping which can reduce their productivity. I don't think it's a bad idea having guardians as (literal) mini-moderators, but if nobody knows the name of the guardians I think it may work more efficiently.

    EDIT: I hopped off to another thread for a while and two of the replies below me came up with really good questions I didn't even consider, since from the post I quoted I straight up assumed Guardians only had the ability to curse and tape players. If they can go invisible or change their names, then there goes my train of thought lol. Point is, it'd be easier if there was a cover-up or they are anonymous.

    Maybe atleast give them power of Ghost mod, but with less power. For example, If the guardian write /ghost, they can walk around the world but if they want to be a normal player again, /ghost thing going to work with /respawn command at the same time. So, even if they stay on the diamond locks to take them, /ghost command force them to respawn and guardians can't take anything from the world but they can enjoy with others. (Also /magic command would be good with ghost mod)

    Because these powers ' Nekorei: They will be able to curse, silent, send players to hell for time out and give them a red flag ' seems little bit boring for others and i feel like they will quit after 2-3 Months.

    That's too OP, But I agree the other parts, but not the breaking lock or #15, that is a bit too op, let's lower it down...

    I agree on this, but they should have invisibility just incase!

    No, Game Guardian will get less powers than moderators, which means they won't get those powerful commands, probably.
