Thread: My device is ip banned for no reason...

    Exclamation My device is ip banned for no reason... Can someone help?

    So yeah... I got new pc about 2weeks ago and I downloaded growtopia today. So I installed it and I was trying to log in into my account and I got this (Sorry this, device or location has been temporarily suspended.) Account that got banned is not mine and my ip has never got banned. So can someone tell me what should I do?

    message support, some people might changed your ip address to theirs.

    1 st. Try turning off your router, then turning it back on.
    2 nd, if that doesn't work, message support, and have a bit of patience, because it may take a while or two for them to answer.

    Message support. That's all you can really do. Also, you aren't allowed to post things about being banned here? So I'd recommend messaging support and deleting the thread. :)

    If you are using a VPN this is a very common problem since they have a finite amount of server's. If it's just the IP you were assigned you are extremely lucky since the chances of getting a banned IP are really low. But as others have suggested leaving your modem off for 10mins will reset your public IP address and should fix this problem. Let me know how it goes.

    If you couldn't fix the problems and tried fixing your router. You should email Ubisoft about this so they can help you unban your account.

    You can email them depending on what device you are using:

    Someone used your IP address on hacking or hosting casinos/doing illegal stuff. And your internet got banned. If you have any brothers or sisters playing GrowTopia ask them about them maybe they used some kinda of cheats. Because support can't really help about your IP ban. They gonna say do not share passwords and play from diffrent location. Good luck.

    You could try restarting your Internet router by turning it off and on again. Besides that, you could contact support via email and they will remove your ban, provided that you really are completely innocent. Do note, they may take a while to reply sometimes!.

    Just scramble your IP, it's easy for Mac users if your new pc is Mac.
