The head looks like a chimney. I recall someone suggesting that in the Suggestion Box.
The eyes look like some sort of goggles to me, maybe steampunk goggles?
I have no idea about the "ears" though.
Above the ears, I think I see an amulet or a necklace with 4 colors on it.
I don't know about the face. I think I've seen it somewhere, but I don't remember where..
The body looks similar to castle carpet, but idk. It also looks like theres a purple necklace / amulet.
The hands look like they are also some kind of brick & the fingers are Toucan Bills (which is an existing item added on Player Appreciation Week)
The legs are barbed wire & feet might be Toolboxes. I've seen a few people suggest a toolbox.
Idk whats under the toolboxes though

The yellow thingies under the boxes could be ankhs. Ankh is the ancient Egyptian hieroglyphic for life

That yellow thing beneath the shoes looks like a cross if you zoom in and a round shape over it.

Not sure if this has a theme, similar to Stuff it might just be random stuff. Or since the name has been replaced with Time-Tossed, we can expect items from different times

The 4 color amulet things above the ears reminds me of the rotating circle with 4 sides in Howl's Moving Castle that tells you where the magic door of the castle opens to.
