Minecraft isn't that good yes it is a good game yet definitely not worth all the hype currently surrounding it
I mean I barley played for like 10-20 mins and got bored ok nostalgia hits you but BRUH stop treating the game like its GOD SENT there are litterly tons of games with better playability and creativity
Other than the fact that more than 90% of the people playing it are playing it for the hype train or because pewdiepie plays it

Oh really , I never get bored at all in Minecraft. It’s like you need a main point if you want to play it, like defeating ender dragon , whatever. And I agreed on the point that people are playing Minecraft cause from pewdiepie but I don’t think it take 90% of it.

I downloaded it in 2010, so many really good memories when I was playing with my brothers on a single family computer having lots of fun, and always new updates and improvements to discover.
In my opinion, after 1.6.5 it became bland and boring, too complicated.


The new textures are a nightmare. I haven't even opened the game in 2 years, even though I have an account and it's downloaded to my PC.

I find survival really boring unless you have a goal in mind. Usually I try to get a good set of armor, beat the dragon, then go from there. If you’re just playing to play, i’d be bored too.

imo Minecraft needs mods to truly release its potential

Think of it like a plain cake (vanilla) vs a more complex cake (modded). Plain cake is still edible and probably tastes nice, but a more complex cake tastes much nicer.

I don’t think it’s one of the greatest games of all time, but I enjoy playing it when I’m with my friends. It’s a fun game to just mess around in.

It’s overhyped for sure, but that doesn’t invalidate the fact that it does have some good aspects about it.

Got the game when it had just came out, vanilla is pretty boring but sometimes I'll hop in and play modded (200+ mods) with friends on private servers.

i played it wayyyy before pewdiepie or it picked up any popularity from other youtubers etc. when it was "dead" was when i was playing
