About Auto - Click players and Spam bot

I used to do BFG almost everyday and I always encounter auto - click in worlds. This auto - click are like normal player at first look. but after 15 mins they get tons of gems then i try to talk to them. they weren't responding. thats the time I'll msg owner of world and report that auto - click. but after owner entered the world. the Auto - click took all gems and exit the world.

And spam bots,I only encounter this one time and it is super scary... they are 5 to 10 account in the same spot. they run, punch, and talk at the same time. they break the blocks super fast like one hitting it and make tons of gems for just like 10 seconds. I exit that world very fast because i think they gonna break the game.

Is auto - click illigal right? same as spam bots? then they will got punished by mods right?
If I'm in the same world but I didn't notice those auto-click or spam bots. I'll also be punished right?

please clear this thing to me. or put some links to help me understand this. thanks

You are correct. Autoclicking and/or using any form of macro is illegal in Growtopia. Autofarmers and spam bots are definitely not allowed in-game.

If you spot a player who you suspect to be doing something illegal, you can wrench the player and report them. The mods will see this and when they are able, they will take care of the player if necessary. If a world is breaking rules, you can do /report and it will report the world for the moderators to look into.

If you are in the same world as somebody else who is doing illegal things, you will not be punished. Only them. However, if you own a BFG world and you have autofarmers found in your world, the world can be nuked.

It’s best if you can report it to an online moderator or game guardian (they will forward it to the moderator team.) If you see a BFG world supporting the use of illegal bots, as Cloverlord said, do /report and give a quick description.

Then pull those people who autofarm in your world
then send them on that world

This is still on my Growtopia record and this was literally less then 10 seconds in a world as I world surfed.
So yes you can be punished in a world randomly that you have nothing to do with.

Every second counts when you are in a world, which is why you should leave immediately when you notice a world is a scam. In most cases, 10 seconds is long enough to see what is going on and so, that is probably why you were punished - for sticking around.

If you really were in the world for less than 10 seconds, you probably shouldn't have been cursed. However, I do not know the full story, or how moderators do their job. If you want to discuss the punishment more, you should contact support here.

Being cursed does go on your record, but it's not very important. I wouldn't worry about it too much, as it's way less severe than a ban that lasted more than a few days.

My information is at the least, mostly correct. You were just unlucky.

If you are referring to this Quote then Cloverlord isn't wrong at all

Cloverlord said if you are in the same world as someone who is breaking the rules, you will not be punished but him who breaks the rules. And the rest of the Quote was about the BFG. However, tho Cloverlord never said that you can not get punished for being in a BFG world, actually Cloverlord never mentioned that. "If you are in the same world as somebody else who is doing illegal things, you will not be punished. Only them.", You might think of this Quote. But read it carefully and you will understand.

Cloverlord is right about what she said. The only thing she was wrong about was her second Quote.

Mostly correct on the Quote below but you can't be banned even if you were in the world for 10 seconds, the checking system lasts for 1 minute or so before saying you are one of them. And I don't think you(Judavid) should accuse people of mini-modding. Not to mention, if you were sent to the world hell then I can be almost sure that you were cursed in the old times. Remember, immediately after entering a world which supposedly is a csn world, you would immediately be cursed.

Back in the days, it was like that before they made a change to the system but who am I to say as I clearly can't see what day or year it was.

The subject is about BFG and auto farming. Casino world's and drop game world's are treated differently. It's advised to leave those kinds of worlds immediately. You can be punished just for being a spectator.

Auto-clicking and any form of macro is in fact illegal in Growtopia - if a moderator finds an autofarmer and proves that he/she is auto-farming, then they can get permanently banned.

Do report autofarmers to any guardian/moderator on so they can check and ban if proven, we're one message away.

Anyways, to answer your question - nuking worlds are a case-to-case basis; if you allow autofarmers in a world, proven with chat and signs - then the world will automatically be nuked along with the owner/admins. However, if the world does not allow autofarmers and there are autofarmers to be seen in the world - this thread's rules apply as stated:

I. World with Autofarmer/s (this pertains to both private and BFG World Owners)
World owners MUST be very careful in renting their worlds. We understand that checking and monitoring your worlds aren't that easy, but in order to clear these auto-farmers, we would also want to rely on you in monitoring your own worlds. Failure to do so will have the following consequence for their world (if we catch autofarmers in your world):
1st - Warning (we will inform the world owner that we caught autofarmers in their world so they are aware)
2nd - 30 days ban (for the world only)
3rd - 60 days ban (for the world only)
4th - Permanent suspension for the world (meaning the world will be closed down)

Mods will investigate first before giving a punishment to any BFG world suspected with autofarmers. Please note that if we confirm 100% that the owner was aware of the autofarming we will apply the maximum sanction directly (world permaban). The 4 strike system will actually prevent us from banning BFG worlds directly.
