    Default Ways to counter gems inflation

    Allow me introduce to you, The Faucet-Drain Model

    It has three parts: the Faucet, the Drain, and Players.
    The Faucet represents all means by which wls and items are created. For example, farming and gems buying are a Faucet for gems. The Drain represents all means by which gems are destroyed. For example, buying item packs is a Drain for gems. Players are the agents in this economic system. Faucets and Drains are most often activated by players. Additionally, players will store and exchange gems and wls. For example, many players keep some gems(in world), and will trade with other players for other items. When players trade with each other, it is neither a Faucet nor a Drain.

    It is a key economic objective to avoid creating too much gems. In effect we want to avoid hyperinflation, which would make the economy unstable and be difficult to reverse.

    Tldr: Introduce more consumables and item packs.

    To begin with,
    1.Subscription token has to be reworked. Lets separate them into two parts, monthly subscription and subscription token.

    Monthly subscription:
    -10USD a month
    -31 days effect (will mention later)
    -Exclusive skin
    -A ⭐ flag (able to hide or unhide)
    -Exclusive item(untradable) every month
    -A [Subscriber] title behind username whenever bc/sb or cb
    -20 more friend capacity (permanent and one-time)

    Subscription token (untradable)
    -200k gems in item store
    -31 days effect
    -A blue ⭐ flag (able to hide or unhide)
    -Exclusive skin
    -A [Donator] title behind username whenever bc/sb or cb

    *The effects are (able to stack with ances and other effects):
    -2% growth time reduction
    -2% chance of doubling gems when harvesting/breaking
    -3% double xp

    2. Lotto. Yes, Im fully aware of the strict no betting policies. Albeit, it is time for a change.Perhaps, rephrase the rule as: 'No unofficial bets are allowed'. Lotto is an extremely efficient way to counter inflation, not all the gems collected are given out. Only 70% of them are given back to the economy. As an illustration, if 100k total of gems were collected, only 70k will be given to the winner.

    Daily Dime (draw in every 24h):
    -1k gems for a ticket

    Weekly wheel (draw in a week):
    -10k gems for a ticket

    Monthly moment(draw in a month):
    -15k gems for a ticket

    *Tickets are untradable and can be consumed repeatedly for a higher chance to win. When a player participated, there will be a line 'participate in (lotto), (number of tickets consumed), time left: (time left)' when wrenching. To avoid tickets abuse, only player with growid and above lvl 10 are able to buy a total of 5 tickets a day. In effect, the maximum tickets consumed by a single player can be greatly limited.

    I agree with a legalized taxed way of betting.

    I never thought of that idea about a lotto being in the store it self. I just thought about them adding a block or two to enable betting, but this idea of yours seems better.


    Not sure how I feel about the subscription suggestion though. I am not entirely against.

    The reason for the item being a ticket in the item store is so that it is easier to access them. Blocks are complicated as you need to splice them and it takes up inv space.

    Can you explain more about your opinion regarding the subscription?

    no, 200k is 10 usd (its like 14$ Canadian dollar and its worth less than usd)

    $20 per month is a horrible price, I would suggest lowering that

    and also adding deals where the longer you buy, the cheaper it gets so instead of buying 12 months (1 year lol) for $240 (absurd), they'd give you 2 months free (example)

    However, I doubt devs will take my opinion upon this matter. They just don't understand. Casino is part of the game, that's a fact, nothing can change that, nothing can stop the urge of gambling. So, instead of banning people 24/7 which do more harm than good such as:
    1. Blocking broadcast
    2. Wasting lot of time
    3. Reducing player base
    4. More sub accounts created
    5. Innocents who enter the world at the precise moment being cursed (Im one of them)
    ( and more that i couldnt think of at the moment)
    So why not introduce a legalized casino?

    The friend list isnt part of the effects. You'll have it forever even after your subscription is over
