    Yes you can, same goes for Surg-Es. You can use them to complete Legendary/Carnival/Role quests if it requires you to perform any amount of surgeries.

    Pretty sure only surg-e and players count towards Mercy wings & Dr. Quest
    train-e does not

    No, it doesnt.

    But does surg-e count? I never did surgery with this account, so i wont do surgery to another player till i raise my skill level

    I've done 100 Surg-Es to get from skill level 0 to 100, so yes you can, I also used Surg-Es for majority of my surgeries on the way to Mercy wings, same goes for Legendary items.

    I don't think Train-Es count towards any quests nor as a surgery due to being helped by the during the surgery.

    I believe only regular players and Surg-Es count for a quest.
