    Exclamation Growtopia won’t email or send me a whitelist!

    Hello, so basically I got a new iPad and internet connection 6 months ago, and ever since I have not been able to get a whitelist from the 2AP. I am dying to get in this game, I have dreams to do things in here. My ign is AquaPhynn btw, but the main problem is support hasn’t sent a email back the whole time, I almost feel they don’t message @icloud? I’m very confused please someone help.

    If I were You I'd reach out for support for that matter.

    For future refrences, stuff like these are better to be opened up in Support desk than here as us normal Forumers can't do anything about it nor any of the staff members with the minimal info you gave. They'll follow you up as to what to do and what will happen next.


    (It can't be something to do with your internet connection as the Whitelist and internet don't have any connection between them)

    Well, the funny thing is I emailed them a week ago, and still haven’t got nothing. I’m super lost, I feel like I’m just getting ignored

    Your signature says your IGN is BlackJack, but in the post you are saying your name is AquaPhynn.. this sounds like an attempt to get access to someones account.

    Yes, I understand that, but that’s because I havnt been on the forums in forever, my previous name was BlacJaK. I’m sure a mod/dev could confirm that, it was just a name change
