    Default I lost access to my account

    So i recieved an email that said there was an email change request to my account and that if it wasnt me then i should just ignore it, so thats what i did and now i cant log onto my account or change my password
    just trynna ball with ma bros

    Growtopia doesn't have that future. QUICKLY: Change your password and change the email that you are using. Secure both of them and activate advanced account protection.

    #1 - he said he cant change his password
    #2 - even if they said to ignore it why would you they need your growid and email to try and change your email

    first of all, they will need your growid and email to change your gmail because they are the two connected. The growid and email are needed to change the email that is connected to the Growtopia account, you can read about it more Here, You can also see how it is done Here.

    Second of all, if an email request was made then you are in a bad situation. you need proof and contact support that the account that you had was originally yours and belonged to you. You can also read more about it Here. Bring as much evidence as you can to support that they can give the account back to you.

    i emailed support and they replied saying that email is not longer in service

    So it looks like someone got access to your email. You need to change your email to the account and you need to change your password. Time is at the essence. Please never give out what email you use for your account because someone can hack you. Also, activate advanced account protection. I wish you the best of luck.

    I already cant change my password or my email, i lost complete control of the account and the support line is dead

    Same issue with my main account, but mine isnt hacked and the email was changed. Welp nothing they can do bro just forget your account and start a new one.

    Well, you are in a tough situation, you lost your access to the Gmail and also to the Growtopia account, Neither you have proof of payments on the account and little by you know it that someone might have changed your username. With this little proof, you would lose in a courtroom.

    Your chances of getting your account back are very low, I'm sorry. You have to have a lot of proof and sent them to support. if you don't have any proof then I'm sorry. There is nothing we or anyone else or support can do in order to help you. You are on your own man. Starting over can be tough but you don't have a choice.

    DO not email support through Support@growtopiagame.com, you have to contact through Here. Make sure to register as that is the only way you can get through and contact them.
