Growtopia doesn't start.. still?

Downloaded 2.998 and still growtopia won't launch. I also sent private message to admins with DxDiag and msinfo and they havent answered, also opened ticket on ubisoft support. They are just playing with us. TEST build also not working.

Halloween is here but this glitch isn't fixed yet, I'm missing the halloween and that's because you're so slow ubisoft. This is really annoying. Well I've Had The Same Problem Recently But It Said : "An Instance Of Growtopia Is Running Go Play That One " While There Was None Open Before That One. So What I Did Is Just Restart My PC And It Worked. You Should Try That

In that case you could've also opened task manager and closed Growtopia from there rather than restarting your whole PC.
