I was actually expecting a world full of huge locks.. I would also suggest you to remove the flags from your world as it violates Article 13 and could get you sued for copyright infringement.
1/10 because the finnish flag is at the same level as the swedish flag and is lower than the EU flag. The finnish flag should be the highest as it is the superior country.
