if people swears do they get banned forever? or if you have a world that has story that is not for kids and its closed for months will you get suspended forever?

There is a somewhat valid reason for Growtopia's extremely harsh punishment system, and that is the game's indended audience. In order to keep the game rated as "y12" or whatever it is, it has to be a clean and inviting place for children to attend.

The average age of a forumer is well above twelve, but you have to remember 90% of the playerbase who you don't really see and are just children playing the game.

Despite all of this, I am not sure if I have seen a single MMO with such a strict punishment system other than perhaps Roblox, who has an even younger target audience.

In the end, you must remember Ubisoft's best interests will always be put before the community, because if those fall, there won't be a game to play in the first place.

In most cases they give you a warning for fowl language, if you continue, they may tape you or even ban you for a short while.

The punishments should also serve as an example for others not to do it, and that's why some may consider it as a bit cruel.

I think this is not true. I have not once disrespected any moderators OR ubistaff and have been directly attacked multiple times. I have already faced my ban long ago and rarely log in to play anymore. (never once evaded)

However, I feel attacked and hurt that the moderators have some sort of personal vendetta against me for reasons I do not know of. I will not disclose the reasons as of why I was banned. However, I can say that the moderator team should at least show some evidence as to the reason of the ban instead of just saying "we will not reply to any more emails" without answering any further inquiries and providing proof of their claims.

That's against the rules an suspended able but really it doesn't seem like that much but they get the same punishment as a person who sold 500dls. Perm bans shouldn't exist at all. People are bound to learn from their mistake with a TIMED REASONABLE ban and reason why instead of an upfront perm ban. This is ridiculous.

I guess they aren't too keen on giving out second chances for people so they banish them permanently even if it's not such a big deal considering what kind of affection it had to the community overall. Although it clear message that mercy won't be shown to rule-breakers even if it's a minor issue.

I don't see why or how account trading or dl selling is such a huge deal. On a lot of other trading games of all types there's tons of out of game selling and there's not much the games do about it. It's just something that happens, will continue to happen and there's not much to do about it. If anything it should be embraced considering everyone left is doing SOMETHING against the rules. Not only that but that's punishing both people, the seller because there's no point of returning and of the seller cus now they're banned (likely permanently) and they quit too.

its a big deal for them because they are losing money or not earning money because who would buy 1dl and 25 wls for $13.99 (cdn) if you can get dls for 2-4 dollars each meaning they wont buy gems from them anymore and also they are evading from paying taxes

I simply ask for the reason of my ban, and after given my reason they said they will not respond to anymore emails lol.
