    I want to create a new account for my sister and i tried using multiple devices to do so,but the message of the IP address thing always appears. I dont abuse the new account and all i want to do is to just create a new account but the game doesnt allow.. Please help. If your device still can create and account please help me do so, i will pm all the details. Thanks.
