How did I get hacked???

I got hacked but One thing I do not understand is I had 2FA on how did they still access my account. What the f*** everything’s gone I literally give up now

I checked my gmail it hasn’t been breached either, what went wrong I have no idea but hopefully a mod or dev can help me out

Wow i feel like the luckiest person alive, hacker is stoopid took all my invetnory items (magplant, aura etc.) but never took my worlds i have BUYAPLACARD which im going to try sell for a magplant adn 11 worlds full of l grid which ill try and farm to get the other magplant

But still can a mod or dev find the problem with the 2fa?

It's possible even if you active 2Fa account protection, there is one way to by pass this. But you have to click the keylogger link to get hacked in this way :/

They accessed your computer to hack you, i think they still have access to your computer, reset it.

There is a way to go around everything on the internet, that's just how it is. My advice to you is to open a ticket and just be patient. If they can help you, great! But you probably just have to accept the fact that you were unlucky and it is possible that nothing can be done.

Yes, it is possible to bypass 2FA. While talking to support about my device being banned, someone accessed my acc and removed wl from main world. Nothing else, just that. Very weird, that was definitely not me as I couldn't play. Got no emails either. I don't have a keylogger.

Yes, they will give you the items back. It only depends on you. Were you the one that led your account to be hacked or was it the games fault of protecting it not very well. That is what Odric meant when he said: Contact Support.

Change your gmail and in-game passwords from different device(Like from your brother/sister phone). Then reset your computer.

Also have you ever played Private servers? Hackers using private servers to hack people as well...

if they still have your password then your computer or device is compromised and continuing to reset passwords will only slow them down

Its all fine now, reset my pc in a panic lost all data nothing too important but... changed m password (but no point as i have literally nothing anymore)

As explained here there must have been a link on forum that I may have clicked and got my computer accessed and keylogged where the hacker can see every stroke of my keyboard, I don't know how by clicking on a link they can keylog my computer but they can and it was partially my fault for clicking any link but also partially ubisofts fault for allowing for this to happen (tbh there proabably is a way for them to prevent this from happening but my mind is blank rn) Luckily, thanks to you guys I was able to know i was keylogged, i was about to log in to paypal and if they keylogged that then you would know how that would have went

Hopefully they can get my stuff back fingers crossed, i mean it isn't all my fault as i didn't know that just by clicking a link i could get some virus, probably from some illegal movie streaming website but i didn't excpect it from here, hopefully ubisoft is able to crack down on this case as if this went any further i could have potentially got my paypal hacked too and multiple other accounts

I am just going to post what I wrote to support here incase it gets lost I don't think I'll be able to remember what I wrote again.

In this email I will refer to the images in 'attach documents' as Proof 1a, 2b, etc.

Let's Start from the beginning, I come home and log into growtopia to see my 2 magplants are gone, luckily the hacker never took any of my other worlds, so then I I post on growtopia forums how i got hacked WHILE I HAD 2FA ACTIVATED (Advanced Account Protection), then I log into growtopia again and I get logged back in, just sitting hoping the hacker doesn't touch my account, so i change the password and i thought it will be all fine right? Nope, somehow they are able too log back in but this time I am not on growtopia. Then on forums someone informs me that my PC is being hacked/keylogged (where the hacker can see every button i press on my keyboard) [SEE PROOF 3]. Alright then I am able to log back into growtopia, but I see 2 people in my world, Locking the world (Probably the hacker), they leave after i join the world so i can't speak to them. I got to my world ONIMARU222 and see a portal linking to a world which im assuming is the hacker's [SEE PROOF 1a] the world owner of the world linked to the portal [SEE PROOF 1b] has a name similar to the guy I saw in my world when I logged in and also the name that locked my worlds [SEE PROOF 2a] and I know I have proof its my world it's because the world name is ECHOBLITZ and has signs of my youtube channel EchoBlitz GT (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC5z...UEqfBS4VAUZbcQ) [SEE PROOF 2b].

Basically what I am trying to say is that I know who the hacker is and I want justice. Also since this is not wholly my fault that I have been hacked (As stated before in [PROOF 3], he said that there may have been a link on the forums somewhere that I have clicked and got the keylogger implanted in my pc which then i had to reset.) Also since the were able to see everything I typed, they could have hacked my paypal and took my money and the outcome of this would have been totally diffeerent.
Is it possible to get my items I have lost back; My 2 magplants, 11 farms full of l grid (which is arround 25,000 Laser Grid Seeds), the 10 BFG farms linked to my main world ECHOBLITZ, my main world ECHOBLITZ, My Black Aura, Harvester of Sorrows, and my Chicken Plow (These are all the items i can remember that I need back)
Seeing as the hack was from your site, it was not my fault fully for being hacked, as I would only expect viruses/hacks from unsafe websites such as illegal streaming sites, etc. but I did not expect it from the growtopia forums.

Unmentioned: [PROOF 4] is the multiple emails i got from advanced account protection (2FA)

Hackers nowadays are actually able to disable the 2FA system with ease, that's why you should always be careful with whatever files you download or links you visit. Sometimes, all it takes is one wrong link.
