    Default Can’t log in....

    I have no idea if this is related but, I had about 7 People came-over to my house to play growtopia, when we all logged on at the same time and we all got, Name:  E854A628-48E0-4EF9-A7FC-F4885B36BBF6.png

Size:  783.2 KB We were able to play on Cellular Data but we all have limited Data Plans. (One guy tried with a vpn too and that worked also)

    We all just assumed that it was an anti bottling measure put in recently so we played something else. (EVE Online) BUT 4 Hours after they leave I STILL cannot log in TF?

    :Edit: Tried using a VPN, I could login after using it... Definitely an issue with the server blocking my IP...

    I think its just too many people logging in from one ip at once and it can't handle it or growtopia might be detecting something

    Try turn on airplane mode then turn off?
    Also using vpn sometime is not safe

    Hello,
    There are few ways that might help you:
    • Reboot your device
    • Restart your router/modem
    • Disable firewall/antivirus
    • Wait 24 hours

    If that doesn't help then unfortunately contact Growtopia support they're the only ones who will be able to check the problem and maybe fix it.
