Do not worry about the ban you have experienced as the innocents will always be unbanned from the game and welcomed. Yes, there are people who have been unbanned after getting permabanned. They will investigate your account and if what you say is true, they will proceed on unbanning your account but if you lie, they will ignore you and blacklist your email, so that they can't see it again.

But if you are confident that you didn't do anything wrong. I'm absolutely sure that they will unban your account.

All i am worried about is if the hacker done something on my account e.g. play casino and then support thinks it was me

Ehhhh... Just make sure that you give all the information as possible. If there is no response from support then contact a support specialist.

I've been perma banned twice. I got the first one after being hacked and got it removed in ~1 week. The other one I got it shortened to 60 days which I'm waiting for currently :3

i'm usually getting 630day++ 3-4time per week, n getting unbanned too

it's mostly because there is to much spammer wich using emulator on laptop or pc n they use like fake imei or other,
