    My main world ECHOBLITZ just got turned inaccessible however my bfg worlds haven't its not much but we are getting somewhere

    There are many reasons why Support is not responding and/or is closing tickets. Make sure that you're following the instructions in sending tickets - the most important is that to make sure that you're using your account's registered e-mail in sending your report.
