Make the user wear the lower tier anomalizing item after the last one of the higher tier fractures.

The cooking message covers up the fracturing message of the rolling pin. This leads to waste of ingredients as people don't realize they're cooking without a pin. If the worn pin was changed automatically upon the last fracturing the ingredients wouldn't be wasted as bad as there'd still be a pin in use. The fracturing message should probbaly also appear slightly delayed so the food message wouldn't cover it.
