Carrot Blocks How to get?

I am a level 5 farmer in role quest, and I'm wondering what rarity range can a carrot block be dropped while I am harvesting?

Like beet root is rarity 1-20

Its around 30+

If im not wrong, the rarity is similar to fallen pillar (18-40). Ice rarity can get carrot blocks. Check world FRIENDROLES
