    Default What is wrong with support?

    My case went from, In Progress to Waiting to Closed then I had to re open the case and it went from In Progress to Waiting not Closed yet. It has been longer than a week and I have still not received a reply or any sort of message on my case, it just says my status has been updated to waiting every day.

    They have send emails for long delays, please be patient

    Try to be patient, they are probably having a technical issue try to check your email and spam daily. Maybe the emails got automatically deleted because your email provider See's it as spam?
