    Default Support tickets need to be handled properly.

    I have been permanently suspended for absolutely no reason while talking to my friend in her world. I’ve never even been banned before, and do not recall breaking the rules. I would definitely remember if I did something worthy of a suspension.

    My first reaction was to follow the instructions on the link that was displayed on my screen. It sent me to a page on the Growtopia website that was about certain issues, such as punishments. It said that if I think my ban was unjust, I should fill out a form to get it reviewed - but the form was only for PC. I am a mobile user, so it said I would have to contact someone in game.. In the game I’m banned from.

    I decided to not ban-evade, but rather fill out this form that was supposedly for PC only. It turned out to be a support ticket.

    I opened the ticket and was sent a copy-pasted response listing reasons accounts could be banned, but was not told why I was banned, even though I asked. The copy-pasted response also told me that all further contact about the issue would be ignored.

    Let’s recap.

    I have been permanently suspended out of nowhere. I asked for a review of my ban, and was given a copy-pasted response.

    After that nightmare of a day, I reached out to a community manager who told me to contact a support specialist in game.. In the game I’m banned from.

    I am currently ban-evading, which IS against the rules, to try to contact a different support specialist because my request for a review was ignored. I am ban-evading, as a member of the Ubiteam apparently thinks I should, just to find someone who will fairly review my case.

    Nobody should have to go through this.

    Support needs some major changes, as soon as possible.

    Honestly that wasn’t really a funny joke, but I was expecting a serious reply, so that really hit me and made me laugh for some reason.

    These 2 parts really made me laugh, not because of your misfortune, but because of the so-called "commitment" of theirs. This only proves how automatic are they trying to be in everything. Sorry to hear you getting banned man, hope to see you back on game soon. Peace!

    ban evading is really not a good idea, as I think regardless of your intentions (to contact support etc.) it is punishable, even if the ban was not legitimate

    I understand a support member told you to, I would get proof of that in case you get banned, and send to them because they recommended you to do that.

    I agree that no one should have to go through this, but I've never been in such a situation so I can do little to understand.

    Yeah, I just got banned on my alt. Don’t think I’ll be seeing you in game any time soon, sadly.

    Yep, I was banned on my alt. Odric was the one who said “It’s best to keep to support for assistance, and maybe reaching out to a specialist if you see one in game”.

    I responded saying it’s hard for me to find one in game because I’m suspended. I didn’t get a response - but Odric went back and liked his own comment after that..

    I hopped on a new account using my old name with the _(numbers) thing, just to make it very clear who I am and that I’m not some hacker trying to conceal my identity. I messaged Daewud when he was on and he said “What’s up?” and never got back to me about the issue.

    Today, while confronting my friend who ignored my messages I left on his board saying I was banned, I got banned.. Again.. On my alt.

    They literally banned me while I was trying to confront my friend about ignoring me, and while I was trying to ask my friend for his Instagram or any other way to talk outside of the game.

    I want to make something very clear.

    I don’t even care if I was banned without reason. All I want is one or two more days of playing on my account so that I can message all of my friends who’s usernames I can’t remember.

    I just want to be able to tell them I was banned and find a way to talk to them outside of the game. I will gladly accept my ban, as long as I get to keep the most valuable part of this incredible gaming experience - my friends.
